Happy May Day!
:hello: Good morning everyone
Hope you're all ok.Many thanks for the lucky Buddha
fire**fly .... I have done the usual with him.
Not quite sure what the weather will be today. Yesterday
we had a beautiful start to the day and I managed to get
a second coat of paint on the wood surrounding my
garage door. I was fairly pleased because it suddenly
came over cloudy late afternoon and started sprinkling with
rain.
Must admit - the land around here is bone dry and crying
out for rain but I don't think the wet stuff we had
yesterday was enough - if you see what I mean. There's
nowt pleasing some folk.:rotfl::rotfl:
Could do with plenty of rain - but only through the night!Morning everyone, here we are another new month. I just managed a win for April.A surprise parcel turned up saturday with a Intempo Blaster inside. No note with it. I haven't had a email telling me i won so that was a lovely surprise. :j Well done indie - excellent surprise win! :j:T
Good luck with reviewing the make up sponges mcculloch29
and hope you had a comfortable night and the clothing items
were favourable with you.
I've got a fair few comps to catch up with so had better
crack on with those first and then review the weather situation
for carrying on with painting.
Have a lovely and lucky month all and please take care.

Neighbour has got BBQ out and attacking grill with a wire brush to get it ready for the better weather. We still have loads of coal left from last year so thats something we don't have to worry about if we have an impromptu Cook Out. Must remember with next shop to get a few things in for freezer. We have a couple of new neighbours so must have a word and let them know. It will then be up to them if they want to join in. We have had some brilliant BBQ nights in the past (Merry as well lol) and a few hangovers.0

DS has just been on phone. His Navy friend has his mum and dad arriving on Sunday. So he wants to be able to feed them home made food rather than taking them out for all their meals. So I am cooking for his freezer. Have written out a shopping list so he has until Wednesday to get it in lol. His mum knows I give him meals when I am cooking for DS and family and Ds has said he will take me out to my best loved Indian for a slap up meal his friend is paying. Who am I to argue lol.0
