Hi everyone.
Hope you have all had a nice day.
We have been out in the sunshine! No weather didn't change at home, we are in Helmsley in Yorkshire. So nice to get away from the rain. Just hope it doesn't follow us.

I've decided to have a go at the majority of the Freepostcode Lottery linked competitions. Unlike the majority of this type of competition, you don't get spammed or have to tick boxes repeatedly, apart from the visual Captcha.
I wonder what happened to the captchas that used to be words from books that were being digitised for the Net?

Morning all. Thanks for the Buddha Firefly duly rubbed both.
Well done Sylvia on 2nd Astonish win. Made me bring out our box and instead of pruning shrub had a go at our oven yesterday. Have to say it's now shining.
Well done in going away Sheils and avoiding rain. Here managed to go out for walk with DH and we had a coffee. It was warm but windy.
Good luck with comps macculloch. That's the beauty of comping there are so many comps you can pick and choose.

Helmsley is a lovely town, Rosemac. I can remember buying some good books in an excellent discount bookshop there, then sitting with a gorgeous ice cream in the sun, flicking through my new purchases. It's a popular stop for coach tours.
We had a cloudburst here this afternoon in Co. Durham.
I live opposite a rather nice park and watched from my window as children without coats scampered for cover. It was prolonged rain as well, if they chose to brave it out sheltering in the porch of park buildings they had a long wait.
I discovered that completing the FPL comps on my smartphone was three times faster than my older and rather low spec laptop. That's good, it took me half an hour yesterday, just 10 mins today. I can spare 10 mins easily...
My grandson is going to be happy, I was offered a rather nice Lego set to review for him. That's his Easter activities sorted.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I've not been to Helmsley mcculloch29 but just had a look

visit with such an interesting history.
I bet your grandson will have a mega fun time playing with
the Lego set! :T

Morning everyone, hope your all ok. Haven't been in as i lost my neice last sunday. She passed away in her sleep. Been trying to get my head round it. 38 is too young to go. They have released the body but more tests are needed as they can't find out why she went. Going to arrange the funeral on weds, going to be a hard task as 2 of her young boys have birthdays this month and we also have easter.0
