Morning,suns out here and it's warming up. Just got a line of washing out and have cleaned kitchen from top to bottom. Glad you had a good day yesterday sheils.Have a lovely break sylv. Yes rose i always feels better when the sun is shinning hope you feel 100% soon.

Did you make the most of the sun Alfie while it was out today? Lots of people were cutting their grass here and I'm feeling jealous cos mines looking like a muddy mess where Jaspers been runnnig up and down and digging!

Luckily like you indie I can get a line full of washing out again! Happy days!

I got my salary confirmation letter today and the hourly rate is much less than I was on before! I'm not sure how that works! I definitely lost out getting these extra hours as we will probably lose the tax credits now too for the few extra hours. I'm hoping I get this full time job in another school nearby which will be easier for getting DD too.

Evening peeps. Sorry to hear about your stiff joints wingo. Mine have been ok now for a while. Turned cold here late afternoon and now it is tipping it down. Thats rubbish that you are being a lesser rate for more hours wingo. I would look in to it.

We have piano tuner at it here at the moment. But grazy really as no one plays it only when DD2 is here.

I'm here rose - just been out and about getting puddy
cat food and also a hairbrush for me (last of the big
spenders!) cos my favourite and much loved brush
was sadly completely k-nackered!

You are in my thoughts today sheils. :A

wingo - it's been spitting on and off all morning - so pleased
I managed to get out and do a good bit of gardening yesterday
but thankfully it's brightening up now! May go and do a little
more pottering after lunch.

I actually try to mow my lawns all year through, weather
permitting. They have a light cut through the winter
months and back to the normal mowing during the rest
of the year - it makes keeping it tidy so much easier and
I never have to contend with the dreaded first cut of the
year! :eek: Plus on the whole it's a pretty mild climate
where I live which helps!

Only just seen your post leanfun. I've had a drizzle of
rain on and off all through the morning but having said
that it's now looking much brighter and thankfully dry -
hope it lasts - and the sun is shining away now - typical
British weather!



Hope your decorators are getting on ok fire**fly - bet
you're looking forward to when they're all done and
dusted! :j

Just temporarily lost this post! :eek: Got the dreaded blue
screen on my little lappy just now and it closed down and
then restarted. :eek: Luckily when I clicked back on
chrome it had saved everything I had typed - phew - so
relieved!

On that note I shall finish while the going is good!

Was looking forward to my flowers but so far no sign. Did have to go out but left big note on door to say leave with neighbours and no card through door to say they been. No idea what courier they use ... all seem awful round our way for late deliverys and not on the scheduled day. When i won they only offered me three delivery dates none of which were that suitable for me especially as they couldn't give me a time. Hopefully they will still be ok if they arrive

Thanks for thinking about me everyone. The funeral went well and it was nice to see some of my relations I seldom see.
Feel really tired now for some reason so going to do a few comps and try and relax. x
