Sunny here this morning. Going to be hot again the next few days.

Indie so pleased to hear you are sticking to the hours you want to do. Sadly working conditions and pay have become so bad for too many people and where you work that means not the right care for people who need it.

Yes your right there but also management is not very good. As with most homes, too many chiefs and not enough indians as the saying goes.
I just had a win on FB a Sykes box set. Was hoping i would win one as i liked his show and my son has never seen it but it's his kind of humour so he will be pleased.

Well done on second win Indie hope there are many more this month for you. Yes, sadly there is not enough training put into management and as you say too many chiefs.

Phew .... it's getting warmer by the minute here and set
to carry on for a few more days yet - very similar to where
you live leanfun and at yours yesterday rose.

I've been a busy bee this morning - doing all sorts before it
started to heat up.

Think this afternoon I will be outside relaxing, catching
up with comps and watching the wildlife.

My mum :A used to suffer with RA - particularly in her
hands. My thoughts are with you rose and also your DD

Good Morning all,

Just popped in to say I am having a lovely time and have been lucky with the weather. Had a lovely boat trip from Cardiff city to the waterfront Bay area yesterday which was a nice change for us. Today and tomorrow look like they will be even hotter which is good as we are moving from Cardiff to Aberavon and our hotel is just across the road from the beach.
Well done to all the winners.

here already .... the sun is shining away and it's going to
turn into a scorcher!

Think today there'll be fans set up and plenty of

'Apparently' tomorrow we are due an almighty storm :eek:
