Evening, Happy Birthday to your son sylvia,hope he had a good day.
I did some tubs today as well rose,until the rain started again..lol. Will do some more tomorrow if it stops raining long enough.

Weirdest thing has just happened. Went out for a walk with neighbour. Got back and there was flowers at my door with a note "From an old friend" Nipped in to tanning shop to see if they had seen anyone and they told me a guy had come in and asked if he could borrow a piece of paper and a pen. I asked the girls what he looked like and I can't for the life of me think who it is.

Sylvia hope you enjoyed your DSs birthday. Do hope you have some good new neighbours.

We had rain on and off today. Dh dodged rain to buy some fish and chips for dinner, they were delicious.

Sad to say both our front and back Gardens are nearly overgrown these past few weeks.

No rain at all here today leanfun. Afternoon was really warm. In saying that our courtyard is a sun/heat trap. Love fish and chips from the chip shop. There is one just up the road from me who do fab fish and chips. You either get a huge fish with it or two smaller ones and at lunch time you can get a lunch special which is a half size supper which is enough for me. Loads of time to sort your garden out just take care. FF I can't think for the life of me who it is lol. Neighbour was giggling away and giving me a bit of a ribbing

Thanks Rose. We have sime rubbish fish and chip shops near us. DH dives nearly three miles and they were delicious.

Made me smile about your neighbour. Shame you missed your admirer.

we've had a cheese & mushroom omelette tonight with a
bit of spinach & watercress salad was nice for a change
as not had it for a while,

Firefly I had cheese and mushroom omelette on a Tuesday when DH was out. Really enjoyed it as you did.

love cheese omelettes as well rose,
specially with red & green peppers &/or tomatoes
have to have fresh ground black pepper on top as well :drool:
