Removing CCJ placed in error...

I have 3 CCJ's registered with Northampton CC that are currently showing only on my Callcredit credit file, not anywhere else.
Now I was declared bankrupt in December 2010, and these 3 CCJ's or the creditor that placed them were INCLUDED in my bankruptcy, so shouldn't have been registered as CCJ's. They were also registered formally just afterwards and within my 1 year discharge period.
6 years have gone by from my bankruptcy date and even this now doesn't show, but these CCJ's do!
Callcredit say they cant remove them unless the courts tell them too.
The official receivers that dealt with my bankruptcy say they cant help, but can confirm they were included in the bankruptcy and should never have gone to a CCJ
The creditor hasn't responded to letters and is under no obligation to help me out
Can anyone advise what I can do next?
Thanks

Go to court and have them set aside, following with demand (and if need lawsuit) to get your court costs back. First stage of that will be to send the issuers letter before action, explaining why are you going to sue (include your evidence), which should be enough for them to take action.0

Hi,
As you suspect, they should of been revoked on your Bankruptcy been approved, and it appears to be that everyone is washing there hands of responsibility.
So, my next step would be a quick call to the FOS (financial ombudsman service) helpline, they will be able to tell you if your situation falls within there remit, or not.
Failing that, then the only other organisation i can think of would be the ICO (information commissionaires office).
Applying for set aside would cost £255 per application, so try every other avenue first.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
