Hi. I have 2 accounts with Littlewoods.com and 4 accounts with very.co.uk (so I speak to them quite often)
The telephone centre is actually in South Africa rather than the Philippines. They seem to be employed by WEB HELP. A skanky company who take over operations for lots of business.
Anyhow, maybe if you go to Collect+ tracking, your computer will remember the tracking number from your receipt.
