Having difficulty with Very

Hello all, i returned a parcel to Very around 3 months ago. I contacted Verys live chat support to make sure the parcel arrived back at the Very depot. The agent confirmed the item has returned and will raise a case to have my account credited. The account went on uncredited, so I contacted Verys live chat again a few days later and the agent 110% confirmed the item has been received, but their systems are updating slowly due to a lot of returns over the Christmas period. So i thought okie dokie then, and proceeded to bin the receipt because i try not to live in a house full junk paper. Anyway... It turns out that the parcel is actually missing and they will not credit me because i have no receipt. I have ran my phone bill up calling Very and collect+ and get absolutely no where. Every time i email, i get the same reply tlling me there's nothing they can do without the receipt (HELLOOOO I HAVEN'T GOT IT BECAUSE OF VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE!). I've sent hand written lettets and sent complaints and still i get slapped in the face by a wall. Before returning my parcel, i had previously returned an expensive laptop and expensive android tablet. The missing parcel was a samsung s7 VR headset that costs a lot less. What would you steal? It would definitely not be the VR headset. I've been loyal to Very and never missed a payment. Joining this forum is my last step and will have no choice but to pay for the item, due Verys poor customer service. Is there anything i can do? Or should i cut my losses. I'm disgusted that it is impossible to speak with a British person when fighting to contact Very. Filipinos are making a mess of british customer accounts.:T

Your last couple of lines lost me.
Maybe the Filipinos could use paragraphs.
Moving on, pretty silly move to bin a receipt before you had the money...0 -

Seems a very unhelpful website. I'm guessing most members here are out looking to let off some steam? If you have no decent information to give, i would much prefer if you would go post count boost else where.:beer:0

In future, keep all such receipts.0 -
Yeah... Because yoh absolutely LOVE being put through to an untrained customer service agent. I have nothing against Filipinos (my friend is one). But when it comes to Very, three, virginmedia, this, that, over there. They have no idea what they are doing and only make a mess of accounts. This isn't their fault, it's the !!!! poor training they have received from international businesses. We all know these big companies hire them only because they will work for milky buttons. Anyhow..... Sinc this website has only wasted my time... How do i go about deleting my account here? Paying for a missing parcel seems the better option.0

Write down your log in details on a piece of paper.
Throw piece of paper in the bin.
We don't like a site full of junk posters.0 -
Seems a little pointless if i can remember them? My first post was a question for advice. My opinions shouldn't impact the responses. If you have no decent advice to add, you should avoid adding actual junk to the thread. Thanks.:beer:0

Your opinions will get peoples backs up hence you will get post commenting on the comment you made about filipinos.0 -
Your opinions on Filipinos are junk so it just attracts more junk and stops people wanting to help you.0
