Help! Tmobile PAYG can make but not receive calls

Trying to help out a friend. She can make calls, but if you try to ring her phone, you get a message saying "it has not been possible to connect your call. If you are trying to access your voicemail, please dial 222 and follow the instructions." Any ideas why this might be the case and how to correct it?

Would have been helpful to know what type of phone it was.
Anyway sounds like DIVERT has been set and may have been enabled to NOT REACHABLE this would result in the same kind of result your friend is experiencing.0 -
Thanks. It was on Divert. Found number for T-mobile and got them to sort out.0
