BT Infinity suddenly so slow.

lee111s I can't load that page from my laptop via wifi. I will get my husband to try via the Ethernet connection later.
It may be tomorrow though. He has been looking at solutions all day and is a bit stressed just now.
Edit: apparently he's already tried via the ethernet and the page wouldn't even load.0 -
Something might be wrong with the laptop if it won't load a page. I've had broadband faults previously where my line was connected at 160kbps and I've been able to load web pages.0

It's 3 different laptops, 2 phones, 2 kindled, a smart tv and an Amazon firestick. They can't all have developed the same fault at the same time.
Thanks for the help everyone.0 -
I would be asking BT for a new HUB saying you tested with another router and it works well .0
-
The first person we spoke to mentioned sending out a new hub and I don't really understand why they haven't tried that yet.
In a phone call this morning they said that it sounds like a network problem. I think I could have told them that. We will see what happens on Monday when they say they will have finished testing and are phoning us back.0 -
New hub will either be chargable or start a new contract .0

Never had BT Infinity so not sure if this is applicable (it's testing the master socket to rule out internal wiring):

Thanks for all the support on here. We really appreciate it.
Just to let you know that whatever BT did remotely has worked and when I got home a few minutes ago the internet is working as usual. Hopefully that will continue.0
