faulty product - company ignoring me

Hi,

I recently purchased an e cigarette from an online company gosmokefree.

After a few weeks the product stopped charging. I contacted gosmokefree and they advised to post the faulty product back to them and if deemed faulty they would replace the product.

I sent back the product on 26/01/17 via recorded delivery. I have tracked the item and it was received and signed for on 28/01/17.

Since then I have not received any response from the company despite numerous emails to them.

They do not have a contact phone number on the website. I have complained via social media as well but have still not received a response.

Could anyone please advise what steps I can take now to get a refund or a replacement product?

    How much was the purchase price?

    How did you pay? By credit or debit card?

    What does 'recently purchased' mean?
    Can you please provide a purchase date?

    What address did you use to return the goods?

    As they don't appear to provide any company details or registered address on their website, it's impossible to tell if they are a UK company or not.
    I realise that people generally only tend to post poor reviews rather than good ones but from looking at this:
