Tried to open second one recently, said already had 2 current?
Called up problem was incomplete application in 2016 when I opened 1st. Still live on system?

They deleted that in a few mins, and I was able to go ahead.:T

Similar thing apparently . Finally got through with a number where the man on the other end put me through free. Good job too as I was ages again getting through. Already wasted over £5 . She was very sorry etc but very sorry doesn t give me the money back does it . Opened one now so thanks to all who replied to me.
