All I can say is that we luckily did a Road trip around the US last year. We used our Clarity card. We were in the US for the 5 weeks leading up to the referendum and received beneficial exchange rates @$1.50. We flew home the morning of the result.
I calculated that the same holiday spending (hotels, petrol, food etc) on the Credit Card, at todays exchange rate, would be just over £1000 more.
I am glad now we went when we did with hindsight.
My advice is go on holiday and have a great time. Forget about the exchange rate. It wont stay in your memory very long compared to the memories you will make out there.Thank you to everyone who has helped me MoneySave0 -
I'm with Lloyds and have a fairfx account so will have to check to see how they compare to other accounts0

Well, all I can say is that from a personal point of view I really hope you're wrong. The fall in the pound has hit me hard enough as it is.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
On a rotating plate, with spikes like Flash Gordon
And you're Peter Duncan; I gave you fair warning0
