Scroll down a bit, is there not a "Memorable Data" with dots showing, of course your MD is not dots, just remove the dots with a backspace & re enter your details.
I see what you mean now, I could enter my memorable data ok but the drop downs were still greyed out so I used different data and it accepted that, no idea why it wouldn't accept the data I have always used before.If at first you don't succeed, sky diving is not for you!0 -

Safari browser, outdated IOS, using a Luddite2 tablet. At least the App works, for now.

I recently got a letter from them saying that from the next update, the app could no longer be used with iOS7.
I left my iPad 3 on 7 as I was forced to upgrade back in the days when it wasn't possible to delete auto-downloaded updates. Luckily for me it still runs quickly on 7 (some users weren't so lucky) so I feel sure that updating to the latest available (no way to just get 8 that Nationwide require) is going to result in needing a new iPad.
That's not MSE when it runs well, but so far I can't use Nationwide or All 40 -
