CNM - First Claim
This is my first claim for Cool New Mobile and I just want to confirm that I am sending in the correct bill as it is borderline according to CNM's T&Cs.
CNM's T&Cs require the first claim to be sent with "the bill "that arrives showing you have been connected for 4 months" and "..120 days (4 months) after connection". For subsequent claims the order of priority is reversed, e.g. for the second claim it is "120 days (6 months)". Under porting it also refers to the 120 days rather than 4 months. The example given of 1 January to 1 May is 120 days excluding the date of connection, i.e. 121 days in total.
My phone was connected on 22 May 2007. My fourth Vodafone bill is dated 19 September 2007. This obviously not quite 4 calendar months and is exactly 120 days including the date of connection.
So what do you think, should I be sending this bill or the next one?

I suggest you look up and read the 50 page thread on them. I asked them that question this week and was told 120 inclusive is ok - which is what I would be prepared to argue in court if needbe. Wait until the next bill and they'll tell you it's too late and you've lost all your other claims. What do YOU think?? Da! Non-brainer!0

Thanks.
Still reading the thread (on page 13 having worked backwards from page 46!). Whilst 2 people had asked the same question I hadn't seen any answers and no feedback from those 2 either.
I was inclined towards sending this bill as it shows I've been connected for 120 days and is therefore a reasonable interpretation of their ambiguous terms, but I wanted to see whether others had the same view.
Not afraid to sue if necessary. Been there, done that with Phones 2 U Direct.0
