  • I was told the same thing about vodafone, that they shouldnt of given me a contract at that age. i remember it well as i had left school and needed a new mobile for collage/work. so i took out the contract. i googled about contracts at 16 and it seems 3 give out alot of contracts to 16 year olds aswell.

    If you are under 18, you cannot enter into a monthly contract for a mobile phone. However, you can buy a pay as you go mobile phone as this does not require a contract.

    Sign up to noodle now, its free you just verify your identity with a credit/debit card and you'll see your CCJ date on it. I would hope its old and about to drop off but you should be able to get it set aside anyway

    Hi, thanks for replying. i have done what you said on the vodafone site and await a reply. i do have a copied chat i was emailed from the online chat with vodafone of them saying they have no records of it on file from me. abit worrying to be honest.
