Just curious guys , for anyone who has done the finance when buying a used car from a dealer....what are typical discounts on say a 6-9k car?
My current car was bought from.a Ford dealership on a whim..I literally drove past and thought let me stop by...a short while later was relieved of my car and had a newer one but I recall they asked me to do the partial finance thing as a favour for the manager..never paid a penny in interest but in hindsight wish Id pushed for a bigger discount.
I'm now looking at changing my car and would consider paying a bit more at a main dealership if the potential discounts are attractive enough
