It's a long way yes, round a corner can't find it on G maps. What's the grace period thing/BPA thing?

It's morally indefensible, whatever the law, so I'd rather not have to fight it tbh (Thanks for your help though!)
  • location of car park , if you do not know the street , find it on google maps and state postcode ,

Ah ok thanks. Can't see much though (can't post link as new user). There's someone stood in front of it and blurred. Just looks like a generic sign, can't see any t&c
  • I am struggling to see the link , as you cannot post a picture , how about an address (inc town) or a postcode

let US decide the legality of a "generic sign," , and tell you if the T+C are applicable

as asked previously , has ALL your paper work inc court stated Excel

Yea all Excel, at least since restarted last June. Don't have anything prior to that. It's off Fairfax Street, Prestwich Manchester, car park outside Panama Hattys

Pay and display. Overstay. Don't know how long. Maybe 10 minutes. I still have the ticket but the P&D expiry is not completed. Time seen: 14:37 / Time issued 14:41 / Driver present: Yes

at what time does the P+D ticket say your parking period expired ?

Been referred to small claims for 300 quid on a 3 year old ticket. In a fit of pique I turned down mediation so presumably will now go to court...so what happens next??

If awarded against me* and don't pay, are they likely to instruct bailiffs? I can live with a ccj, personally probably bailiffs (kids watch too much telly anyway) but my wife's not keen.

Please - what did you actually write in the defence box or input as your defence online on MCOL?

Has this been allocated to your local court now, if so, what's your court date and what's the date by which you MUST file your evidence and Witness Statement?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
