Are many people using the MSE credit club? I understand that the data is based on the Experian credit file BUT, my Experian score is 744 & my MSE credit club score is 893 (which is also based on the Experian data)? eh? what's going on?
ps - I do like the MSE credit club - good idea and very informative...

Similar story with ClearScore and Equifax.
All pointless anyway, scores mean diddlysquat so ignore.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I agree with the above posts, The score is not important.
The answer to your question is each time you log in in to experian it will update your score "live" if new data has been provided. MSE credit club updates once a month and will show your next update date at the top of the page.
It is most likely your score has dropped and this is not reflected on MSE yet. That said MSE credit club appears to have some teething issues currently also.0
