Doesn't save money other than in preventing errors and wastage, but I always use an old plastic baby's bottle for measuring liquids in recipes or for any other purpose where an exact quantity is necessary.
The measurements on the side of the bottle are clear and easy to read - far more so than any of my measuring jugs, glass or plastic.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again...
