How long do I cook them for?

My best but rather unhelpful answer would be "till they're done."
    Timings not a strong point.

Well how do you know when they're done right through lol. I've got a very slow Calor oven so will give them 40 mins, thanks everybody.
  • Mar, I just wrap the bacon round the sausages and pop them on a baking tray with sides and straight into the oven. 40 minutes should be fine to cook them through nicely!

They cook perfectly in the remoska :D

Mar - I put them in a cold oven and they take about 30/40 minutes - IME when the bacon outside is proper crispy the sausages inside are cooked.
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
