    Follow the advice in #29

And keep to the appeals procedure set out in the newbies faq thread until you get confirmation from PE that it is cancelled (getting confirmation off morrissons is not sufficient for you to stop the appeals procedure)

PE generally good at sending written confirmation of cancellation (7-10 days approx). If not received by day 25 send blue text appeal from the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, with a final paragraph telling them that Ms have confirmed that the charge should be cancelled.

If you can't do that via website, use old fashioned snail mail with proof of posting certificate from the PO counters (don't just launch your appeal into the nearest post box).

But frankly, if the PE website is showing 'Cancelled', then I wouldn't be fretting too much. Take a screen shot of page stating 'Cancelled', and keep safely.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    should i send a letter
No postal letters are needed nor recommended to PE seeing as they have a perfectly usable appeals page online. Put in there that Morrisons have cancelled so you expect to receive confirmation from PE.

I work with teenage kids and have some myself - so you get used to saying things 3 times, that's what Mums do isn't it??!

Well done on the outcome. :D
