When a customer keeps something that's been wrongly delivered, or doesn't inform the retailer of the fact they've got it, posters on these forums are quick to call them a thief.

I think the problem the OP has is that he used the said named store in the first place - I bet a local retailer would have saved the OP a lot more than £100.
(I don't believe for a moment that somebody somewhere could not locate the matress for a cheaper source)0
