and complain vehemently to their HEAD OFFICE , in writing , if you havent done so already , and write on their social media pages etc too

Do the above then, POPLA stage, as covered in the NEWBIES thread post #3 with templates - it can't get much easier. Smart are easy to beat at POPLA. No-one here PAYS them!

I don't know which popla appeal to go for because the car is registered in my dads name and I have already sent smart parking an appeal in my name stating am sorry Iv parked in your car park and so on if it can be cancelled because I didn't see the sign .... what to do now ???? I can't sent them now that I don't know who was driving and I am the owner write in my dads name ???? The original letter came to me in my dads name who is the registerd keeper but now Iv appealed in my name they know I was driving right ? What to do????

If you revealed who was driving, then you have reduced the appeal points you can use, but not all of them.

If you haven't revealed who was driving then you can use all the relevant points. The keeper can be the person who was in charge of the car on the day. This is known as the day to day keeper and may or may not be the registered keeper.

Your appeal points will at least be, not the landowner, lack of grace periods, no standing to bring charges in their own name, and inadequate signage. If you didn't reveal who was driving you can also include non POFA compliant NTK. If you did give this away then you appeal as driver.

Please tell us exactly what you put in your original appeal.

As twhitehousecat asked, when are you going to take your items back for a refund and tell the manager (not customer services) that you can't afford the parking charge on top of it, so you will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

No, the letter came to your Dad not you. He should have appealed as keeper. The driver was not the right way to appeal. Sounds like you shot a couple of toes off - but you still have enough to stand on.

I assume the rejection letter is now addressed to YOU, not Dad?

Yes now they sent me the rejection of the appeal in my name not my dads who is the registered keeper... thanks guys so now the discounted price was only till 15/02/17 now shall I wait for something to come or start drafting the Appel to popla? I will draft and post on here then I will Appeal thanks again for all your help :beer:
