No one on here can say how the judge would look at it after hearing both accounts but the thing we do know, unless you lie in court, is that it was a gift. This would hold more sway in court than anything else so you're the underdog from the start.
Even if you did decide to lie in court it would be unlikely the judge would believe you anyway.
She moved to the other side of the world to get away from you, I wonder why.0
