    Yes I think it probably is the circulating pump. Is this something that I will need an engineer to fix or do you think it’s possible to DIY.? Having said that I don’t know where to get a spare part from!

    Google "Neff circulation motor" & plenty of companies will come up. Make sure you're sitting down when you look at the prices. There may be instructions on YouTube. Or you may decide it's not worth it.
