What are Plusnet's call charges? An additional 19p set-up fee applies to all chargeable calls. It also applies an unbilled calls limit. This means if you make more than £55 worth of phone calls, further outgoing calls will be stopped until you've got it back under £50. You'll also be charged a £5.76 fee on your next bill.

Those charges apply only if you make a call outside of your inclusive allowance.
If you have an anytime inclusive allowance and all of your calls are less than 60 minutes long you will never pay these charges.
Inclusive allowances usually cover calls to
- UK geographic numbers starting 01 and 02,
- non-geographic numbers starting 03,
- UK mobile numbers starting 071-075 and 077-079.
Calls to numbers starting 080 and 116 are free-to-caller.
Numbers starting 070, 084, 087, 09 and 118 are premium rate.0
