Why can't I access my settings in my profile?

Why can't I access my settings in my user profile?
I get this;
The forums.moneysavingexpert.com page isn’t working

forums.moneysavingexpert.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

The main reason I wanted to access them was to see if I could change it so that when I clicked on a link it opened up a new window, as currently it doesn't, even for pictures.
I'm sure it didn't use to do this. Any help please?

Can anyone help please?
I can't change any of my settings, can't change my avatar, signature or anything as I can't get on my settings.
If I go onto user control panel, I get the error, yet if I click on my picture it will take me to my posts etc but still can't open up the settings.

Laptop , tablet, phone ?

Operating system ?

Using my laptop, windows 10, chrome and if I use my phone, andorid 6 also using chrome I get the same error, http error 500. I can open all threads and everything else on here though.

Also just tried using edge on my laptop and get exactly the same error when clicking the user control panel.
