Edit: to make it clear. The date that I entered their no access area and the date that they are charging me for is the 29/10/16. The last letter dated from them was 2 weeks ago.
there is adequate evidence shown in that link to show you that they were acting not in accordance with the BPA code of practice or adhering to DVLA rules ,
find it , and the TXT , it may assist you
when you find it use the "wayback machine" and compare todays (jan update) site to the one you would have seen had you attempted to pay within the 14 days asked for on the ticket0 -
Reason for issue: Entered No Access Area
But - parking firms read forums.
EDIT every post where you've said who might have been driving. NOW. Do that first then read the NEWBIES thread to understand why it's important to be 'the keeper' with no driver identified. Then read post #4 of the NEWBIE thread and ignore the daft letter.
Come back if you get a claim, we defend these all the time. There is no 'keeper liability' for the actions of an unidentified driver, turning round in a woefully signed road.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
