This house near us is a good example URL="http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-49455061.html"]link[/URL...
But Estate Agents like to have these kind of Premium houses floating around on rightmove etc as it enhances their brand and adds a sparkle of glamour to their usual stock of 3- and 4-bed suburban homes.
that house is POA because it is up north and its price would just look cheap compared to a proper mansion darn sarth.
I'd agree with EA snobbery though, these people are so common they named themselves after their own bling, and can't even get the photos up without duplications http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-57758278.html
On the other hand, these are the class act for EA

and only use POA for property in less desirable areas such as.... Oxfordshire

Like anything that is POA, it says: we have no idea what it will actually sell for and want you to give us a hint so we can decide if we want to feel insulted or bowled over by your desire to spend silly money0 -

Only seems to be one gymnasium and the pool isn't even Olympic length. Think I'll take my money elsewhere."Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance" - Confucius0 -
Usually with POA houses it's a case of "if you have to ask the price you (probably) can't afford it"!
