Sorry to resurrect an old thread however we are building a case against this company. For anyone who has lost money, we are asking that you report it to Action Fraud.

As an aside, I had placed many orders previously with no issues, but it's getting beyond a joke now.
    Feb 2024:
    CC1 6537.66
    CC2 7804.45
    CC3 4221.17
    CC4 2053.68
    CC5 989.30
    Loan 1 3686.44
    Loan 2 5275.22

    Total £30,567.92
  • I would urge anyone considering purchasing goods from Pocket Perfect Designs to Google the company first and read the reviews on Trust Pilot.

I ordered on 26th December 2017 and received confirmation of my order. I was happy to wait the four week turnaround time as I appreciate good quality products take time. Unfortunately the expected turnaround time came and went. I was sent an e-mail two months later to say there was a delay in my order due to high demand and recovery from an operation. I checked her profile page which was littered with complaints over orders not sent, refund requests ignored, comments frequently deleted and customers blocked. I was then informed that my order had been posted; a week later and it has yet to arrive.

I filed a report with Action Fraud, Trading Standards and Facebook. I managed to get a refund through my bank but there are many other customers who are still waiting on orders; some as long ago as 2016. I would highly advise potential customers shop elsewhere and avoid being scammed.
  • I have had the same bad experience I have been blocked from her Facebook just for asking where my order is maybe a few too many times! I am now £35 out of pocket. She is a horrible person who doesn't give a crap how on earth is Facebook allowing her to trade! Why can you not report this to them! I am horrified to find out so many people have had this problem and the fact that it has been allowed to go on so long! She needs to be taken down. I will be reporting to every avenue I can to try and help others not waste their money! All please go to profanity ink for your business. Very genuine lady.

Virtually everyone who comes here after a bad experience does what you have done - research AFTER spending your money. If you paid by Paypal, start a dispute for goods not received.

When she failed to send my order she was accepting payment via PayPal, it seems that option is no longer available and she only takes card payment.
A cynic might wonder if too many claims had an effect on her Paypal account....

What was it you ordered ?
  • and yet she is still excepting money for goods and not delivering im down over 50.00 i wish i had seen this first
  • Stay away from Pocket Perfect Designs and Kayleigh McDonald.

I placed an order and never received the goods. I must have contacted them over 20 times, via email, facebook and instagram. I have left reviews on trust pilot and reported to action fraud. I have also reported them to their website hosts via the link on the bottom of the site as I think the site should be taken down.

Please do not fall for this vile woman's sob stories about illness on facebook. Let's hope Karma gets here.
