just a quick heads up to anyone considering ordering from this website or facebook page.
I ordered and paid £29.50 for some items over 5 weeks ago. They have yet to arrive - I contacted the business owner via the online contact form to ask about progress of the order

no response whatsoever - I then looked at the Facebook page which was inundated with people in the same boat as me - some of whom had orders not fulfilled from August 2016

I commented on the facebook page - she asked for more information which I supplied and has now blocked me from posting.

So just to warn others to be wary of this business.

I too have fallen foul of this lady. I failed to notice that it said delivery might take 4 weeks but noticed that for days the notes said "ready to dispatch" When I queried when I might receive the order I was met with a very aggressive approach from Kayleigh (possibly not surprising given the nature of her business) She demanded to know if I wanted to cancel my order. Long story short I did receive the order but minus a "free" pen that I was supposed to receive. My emails asking about it have been ignored and I have been unable to post on her Facebook page. Customer service is non existent and I would strongly advise avoiding this lady and her business.

Looking at her FB page I strongly suspect this lady gives out cheap freebies in return for positive feedback. Anything negative gets deleted and the author blocked.

Awful stuff, who wants a badge or pen with an offensive message on?
  • I ordered in December and got my shipping confirmation in January. No shipment, no response to my emails and posts, no refund. An absolutely horrid way to run a business.

I ordered a couple of badges from her a while ago for DD's 18th Birthday, it came and went and the badges never showed up. I complained, she promised to send another choice of badge. Never turned up.
Complained again, she said she'd refund me. She didn't.
A PayPal case finally got my refund.

She really is crap and I can't decide whether it's because she's genuinely bitten off more than she can chew with this or if she can't be bothered to fulfil orders.
  • After being told that my order would arrive too late to be of any use, I cancelled it (the same day as I placed the order, in fact within minutes) and requested a refund. No refund. I've contacted PPD several times via several different methods since May and have not received one reply that wasn't automated. My problem has not been resolved. I have therefore contacted Trading Standards to try and get my money back. Terrible way to run a business, the owner should be ashamed.

I would be surprised if Trading Standards will get your money back.
On what date did you place/cancel this order?
How did you pay? Paypal? Debit card? Credit card? Something else?

I placed an order and duly waited. Surprisingly it arrived (well half of it) within 4 weeks. I emailed Kayleigh maybe 2 weeks after receiving my part order to chase, but no response. Waited again maybe another week and forwarded the original email along with proof of my order and payment taken requesting remainder of order.... Still no response, have since been blocked from commenting on her Facebook page. Do not bother ordering, I'm out of pocket and have since ordered better quality products from a competitor.

It's sad to hear about cases like these. Imagine that you order the perfect present for your best friend's birthday, which will take place next week. The product never arrives in time and you feel miserable. To avoid situations like these, always read the reviews. Unfortunately the thread starter noticed too late that there were comments on the facebook page, which described people in the same situation she was in. So the business had seemingly treated people in the same way earlier.

The best thing is to read the reviews before ordering next time, so you can spare yourself from the inconvenience.
  • This company is one of the worse companies I have ever had to deal with. I ordered from their website and waited 4 weeks for delivery as I am in Australia. After 6 weeks I attempted to contact them and didn't get a response until after I sent my third email and advised I will be disputing the transaction on my credit card. Finally I get a response asking for my order number. I replied within 13 minutes of receiving their email and then waited another week. I emailed again and received a response from "Kayleigh McDonald" stating I hadn't provided the order number. So I sent a screen shot of the email response I sent providing the details. I then waited another week and have emailed them again tonight only to get a response stating they haven't heard from my bank as of yet regarding the dispute so they cannot do anything. I replied stating I will withdraw the dispute straight away if they either send me the order I paid for or give me a refund. I received a response stating they will be waiting for the dispute from my bank. I have never dealt with such an incompetent person (Kayleigh McDonald) and business and will be sharing this experience so people are aware this may happen if they order from them. I just want this sorted and the money back in my bank where it should be. This was meant to be a present for a birthday last month. This company is an absolute joke!
  • In agreement can’t decide if she’s bitten off more than she can chew or if she just can’t be arsed to fulfill orders. I ordered 2 keyrings in August for birthday presents, got dispatch notice in September but nothing showed up, contacted her numerous times when nothing arrive and got no response. October emailed titling it “refund” and got a response saying would ship the following day and you guessed it!! still nothing a month later!!!

Have posted on Facebook stating I doubt she’d let it on the page due to poor customer service skills but basically explained story and said if not got a reply to my email sent last week ASAP, trading standards would be contacted and from more and more stories occurring of taking money, not sending orders out and keeping money when asked to refund they’d be rather interested. Alas it looks like comments are now approved before appearing on the page so it’ll probably go straight to the bin and not even read!
She’s recently moved into an office so obviously making some good money from it, shame really as the products are really good.
