Passwords

My passwords for the sites site I regularly visit are saved on my laptop.

I have a new laptop I wish to open the sites on it and I can not remember the passwords.

Is there a way I can view the passwords saved on the old laptop or do I have to reset them again/

Using HP laptop windows 10 firefox

Personally I would never save a password. It defeats the object .
Say someone who knows your email address takes off with your machine,
You may as well not have a password in those circumstances

I do agree with you if the computer is publically accessible but these are only for my use and access

Sorry to butt in OP, but i have a similar dilemma except I use Chrome.
    Does Chrome have an equivalent?

    Thanks.

So you want to transfer passwords and other saved info from one PC to another or even a mobile device? Well that's super easy! All you have to do is sign into Chrome and have your data sync on:

In the top-right corner of the browser window, click the Chrome menu!!.
    Select!Settings.
Under "Sign in," click the button!Advanced sync settings.
In the drop-down menu, select how much information you want to sync. You have two options:
Sync everything: All of the information in the checkboxes will sync.
Choose what to sync: Mark the information you want to sync with checkboxes.
And there you go! Any device you're signed into will have all your info saved on it!!
