My husband broke a tooth on a crisp.
He sent the offending bit to Walkers with a complaint. They replied that they had investigated and it was compressed potato due to a machine being blunt.
Walkers paid for emergency treatment- own dentist was on holiday- and then a crown being fitted0 -
Cheese and onion sandwich here. Munching away happily and crunch.. Eww hard crumbly bits.. What on earth? Ooops its my tooth..
It must have been in a bad way to fail eating a cheese sandwich. Why did i not think of suing anyone? Damn.
Sue the dentist for not chasing me when i missed my appointment?
Sue my wife, she should have known the cheese was harder than my tooth?
Supermarket for selling the cheese to my wife and not giving her health and safety tips on eating cheese after missing an appointment with the dentist?
Sue myself for giving my wife the money and not giving her enough information on what products my failing tooth could eat without breaking?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

But then from some of the other replies neither are some other members, so at least you have some like minded, small minded friends.0 -
