Mine has been just cleaned out. Otherwise I wouldn't put any pictures up. I love seeing inside other people's fridges. Don't get any ideas about posting pictures of toilets. I don't think i'd enjoy that as much. :p

ooooh, do you keep your peanut butter in the fridge? We don't (thus proving that i'm not a grownup and get everything wrong....)

    I'm loving this thread - it's brilliant!

I don't think you need to keep peanut butter in the fridge. :D I don't really know why I keep it in there. It does get hard and I sometimes suck it off a spoon and it lasts longer when it's hard and I like to eat it cold. :o
  • Have to admit, when I open my fridge door old veggies crawl out! Am very impressed with your tidy fridges - well done, everybody!

But my toilets are impeccable - blame my mother, she was lethal with bleach!
  • i hate to admit this but the microwave is also often 'neglected' in our household: it would help if i actually covered up items of food when (re)heating:o

If you want a quick solution to the microwave gunge, put a bowl of water and white wine vinegar in microwave, put on high for 5 mins, then micrwave will wipe clean...doesn't work for fridges!?

I clean my loo every week with ecover and a good scrub as I want to prevent flushing nasty stuff back into the system.

My fridge doesn't get cleaned often enough (same with rest of house:o) but we bought two fridge trays, one uaeful for putting jams and sauce jars on to easily slide them out, one for yoghurts for the same reason. We also have a tupperware container for cheeses. I have very limited cupboard space in the kitched so have used boxes there for storage to great effect, but never thought to use more in the fridge.

Ooh, I love this looking into other people's fridges, like shopping trolleys :o . I cannot claim to be very good, but not as bad as a friend who opened her fridge door, to get the cheese for cheese on toast after a night out and I was convinced there was a chinchilla lying on the bottom shelf. Ok, I had has some wine, but it was grey and very furry

This was perfect timing - I can't remember when I cleaned my fridge last and it was starting to bother even me!

I just returned from a fortnight's holiday, and the fridge was almost empty, I go online and the first thread I notice is this one! Yep, it's time for scrubbing! :D

I'm one of the saddos who 'swish' my toilet daily and clean the fridge weekly - just prior to filling it with new shopping!

    Long live Flylady!!! :D
