    This is true. We both picked up a virus in early January (whilst on holiday.

    This is very true. My and OH go regularly to the Carribean to quite upmarket five star adult only hotels. Personally, we have never had a problem r.e. food poisoning but I have done a spot of people watching and been shocked by other people's hygiene. I regularly saw people going to the toliet and then walkng straight back into the buffet restaurant without washing their hands :eek: That's why I never eat in buffet restaurants.
    When on holiday, people often forget about dehydration too...that alone can affect your stomach.
