I have been using this service with no problem for quite a few years. I now need to change my method of payment. Their website is not much help and I cannot find a way of contacting them. Can anybody help.

Hi,
You should be receiving monthly invoices by email - mine says at the bottom:
"*If you have lost your customer number please call (0808 170 170 8) for a reminder. Customer numbers can only be retrieved by calling from the registered telephone number!"
With your customer number you should be able to login and change your payment method.

Hi, I know my customer number and when I log into the web site I cannot find any where to change my payment details. As I know my customer number I have not used the telephone number, maybe I should give it a try. Thanks for responding0
