UKPC POPLA Draft - Deadline: 10th Feb 2017

Thanks Coupon. I have a further two questions:
- The website requires you to select your grounds for appeal. Am I correct to select only:
Other
The vehicle was not parked where stated on the parking charge notice
Your permit was clearly displayed
The terms and conditions of the car park were not properly signed
You were still within the time you paid for
You did not overstay the free period allowed in the car park
You were parked in an area in which you were free to park
You complied with the signage at the car park
I don't know about the orange point. The vehicle was parked on the yellow line because the driver thought they were allowed to park there and the driver didn't see the sign saying they weren't allowed to. What do you think?
Also, Step 4 asks:
1. Please write a short summary of this ground of appeal
2. Why do you perceive that the terms and conditions of the car park were not properly signed (for example where they blocked, too small, or not showing)?
- Do you think it's ok for me to just write - "Please see the PDF attachment of my appeal." for these items or should I actually summarise the appeal in these 2000 character boxes?
- Lastly, there are three possible places to upload the PDF appeal. I don't know which one to use (or does it not matter?) Also, I am assuming the document type is uploaded as "Other"?
They are:
1. Can you provide any evidence to support your claim that the terms and conditions were not properly signed?
2. Can you upload any evidence to support your position?
3. Please explain your reasons for appealing against the parking ticket.
Thanks, I'm hoping to finalise the appeal submissions this evening. Sorry about all the last minute questions - I don't want to get caught out by selecting the wrong tick-box at the last hurdle!!0 -
For PoPLA you select Other and in the 2000 character limit text box you write, See attached PDF, then add your whole appeal as a PDF with embedded images rather than links to them.I married my cousin. As above, this is simple, I would have searched the forum for '2000 characters' to see how often this is asked - use OTHER.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks guys! I'm all good to go on these then. I'll report back once/if UKPC upload an evidence pack for review.0
