Even if the code doesn't work and is out of time, send it in anyway but quote the Alternative Dispute Regulations Act 2015 that states ADR must be available for not less than 1 year.

So, as already said, sit tight (ignore debt collector letters, hilarious drivel) and come back if you get a LBCCC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
