So with test "better than 75% of people who took the test" and then scores 5 and 4 really I should have progressed to interview stage but did not
So gutted
Wow I'm so sorry to hear that!! I'm surprised you didn't get an interview... A 4 is a pass!! Has your daughter had her results?0 -
My daughter's status says "Invited to 1st interview" but no idea what her scores were - will ask when I speak to her later. She was applying for another part of London...
EDIT - daughter's interview confirmed for next week. Very happy for her.
I am back to the drawing board0 -

Looking at feedback:
5 and 4 out of what as it does not say?
Gutted now to be honest
I reckon the sift scores was upped to a minimum of 5 for competencies for the area you applied for. Some people have got through interviews with a minimum of 4 for sift competencies.0 -
I guess it must have been upped in my area as know people with 4,4 got interviews in other areas of London0

Yeah they may have raised the score... boo 👎🏾👎🏾
Don't count yourself out yet though... theses same jobs were advertised last October and in March so they may advertise again...0 -
Applying for the Tax Office ones now - they are looking for 40 people.
Pity it is in Croydon but can get there withing and hour so I guess not too bad. Did travel from East London to Reading for 14 months after all....0 -
My application is still at the "awaiting review" stage... Anyone know if Birmingham/Solihull have already started interviews yet?0

Hi. Can anyone clarify if the Work Coach role has a Rota Schedule as it says on the job advert " The full time working week for DWP is 37 hours. You may be required to work at any time between the hours of 7.45am and 8pm on any day between Monday to Friday and 8.45am to 5pm on Saturday. You will be given advance notice of your personal schedule "
Does it mean will have a rota so often to work a week tor two till 8pm?
Has anyone done this role?
Thanks0 -

I'm not going to try and explain all the twists & turns of DWP's post-Employee Deal working patterns here, because it would take too long.
However, at the moment the chances are that you will be asked to work until 18:30 one night each week (if you work 5 days a week). the other 4 daysyour finsish time will be between 16:00 and 17:30 (if full time).0 -
Let's hope their recruitment team don't have any KPI's for time to hire.0
