Checked on their website which we made the appeal through and it says "appeal status - sent 4/2/17"

Do they have a time limit to respond to appeals?

A POPLA code lasts about 32 days (max) so you had better get that code Monday morning from them. Have you checked you junk/spam emails?

You may have to get on the phone to the BPA on Monday as this member has withheld a POPLA code which is about to stop working.

    Usual stuff.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

So calling the BPA is the best thing to do now?

Is it likely to go away if we just ignore the letters?

No it won't go away. I thought you said you had read the NEWBIES thread. It says there do not ignore.

If you haven't got a PoPLA code by day 35 you should complain to the BPA.
You should complain to the BPA anyway that the parking scammers have sent debt collector letters during the appeal period. That is a breach of the BPA CoP. Look it up so you can quote the relevant section when you complain to the BPA.

Did you get them to check their junk/spam emails in case the rejection letter is there?

Yeah checked everything just to be safe. Their online page says 'appeal sent' too. Not rejected or anything.

Threatening email from zzps (ignored) today but still no POPLA code or even a reply from Elite Management.
