I'm sorry to hijack this thread,
Why not start your own thread then?
I have neither the time nor inclination to get involved in a battle - is my only realistic option to pay up, to avoid any further action?
There's no easy option, either fight it if PE go to court, or pay up to avoid this. How did your complaint to the landowner go?

    Your call.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As a newbie, I am a little baffled on the forum protocol and sheer weight of information on this subject. However, point taken.

I think i have gone about this in the wrong orders to be honest. I'm through Popla before coming on here. Still trying to find the landowner.

The Crown Wharf Managing Agents cancel loads of these, but surely your case isn't about the same location as this thread because people don't park at Crown Wharf then go & catch a train.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • Hi, I know this was 2 years ago, but would you still have details for Crown Wharf Managing Agent / Manager that you contacted? I contacted the broadgate estates which own the land by phone but they wouldn't give me the name and details, just a phone number which took me to Parking Eye! I also contacted Nick Beckett from a different post but the email bounced back too :( Thanks in advance!
