Subsidy Pin: Nokia 6300: T-Mobile: DELAYS

I requested and paid for a subsidy pin for my Nokia 6300 at the beginning of August. I have called T-mobile several times (about 7 or 8 times!) to find out the status, and they have still not given the code to me. They keep saying that they will email Nokia and get a response within 24-48hrs. According to them, they can only contact Nokia via this email address...so the fact Nokia seem to be ignoring it means there is nothing they can do.

I am outside the 28 working day period they state is the time needed to obtain the subsidy pin. I am very, very annoyed - do not have the code, have to continually chase T-mobile and find their customer service abysmal.

Incidentally, one T-mobile customer service agent said she has been waiting 6 months for her code from Vodafone (why she doesn´t have a plan with T-Mobile, I don´t know)...that kind of wait is outrageous....and makes me think that the question of how long I wait is the same as how long is a piece of string.

Anyone else had similar problems? Advice?

They can take over the 28 day period - But they do eventually turn up!

I got my £15 back from customer relations as a "goodwill" gesture.

Basically, they have agreed to provide it within 28 days, and have accepted your money on that basis. They were late, so refunded it and I got my unlock for free.
