Small Steps Out Of Massive Debt!

I find that the last couple of weeks , I've been more hungry than usual.
I put that down to the change in weather . ( well,it's the only excuse I can think of)
Regarding yoga you tube videos , I found that ' yoga with Adrienne ' very good when I was living in my last home . Going back a few years, I used to see an instructor once a week and was a member of the gym. Yoga and Pilates was amazing for me.That was in London , and there's no way I could afford that if I was still living there .
I think having a routine which you can incorporate your choice of health workout is a must if you can afford it .You're still doing very well with everything ..2 -
I really like Adriene for yoga - her earlier stuff can be a bit difficult to follow but the more recent 30 day challenges have been excellent - I've been working through them one at a time, and I'm looking forward to the new one in the New Year now!🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Routine is so important, turning it into a habit that will hopefully carry me through those times when I'm not feeling particularly motivated. I will check out Yoga With Adrienne's channel2 -
