  • I find that the last couple of weeks , I've been more hungry than usual.
I put that down to the change in weather . ( well,it's the only excuse I can think of)

Regarding yoga you tube videos , I found that ' yoga with Adrienne ' very good when I was living in my last home . Going back a few years, I used to see an instructor once a week and was a member of the gym. Yoga and Pilates was amazing for me.
That was in London , and there's no way I could afford that if I was still living there .
I think having a routine which you can incorporate your choice of health workout is a must if you can afford it .
You're still doing very well with everything ..

I really like Adriene for yoga - her earlier stuff can be a bit difficult to follow but the more recent 30 day challenges have been excellent - I've been working through them one at a time, and I'm looking forward to the new one in the New Year now!

Hi AC, nice to hear from you again :) I think you are right, it seems very difficult to be motivated to eat salad when it is freezing cold outside!
Routine is so important, turning it into a habit that will hopefully carry me through those times when I'm not feeling particularly motivated. I will check out Yoga With Adrienne's channel :)

I'll check out her channel, I've done a couple of her videos quite a while ago before but I've not done a challenge before - I'll have a look through the back catalogue! :)
  • Hi GC , we started our DF journey the same month and I have followed your diary ever since . You have done so well with everything and I hope you continue your diary into the next stage of your financial journey.
Hi Sunshine Girl! Congratulations on becoming debt free :)  Thank you so much for your message, I'm really excited about reaching the end of the debt and the next phase - I will definitely continue the diary too :)

As a starter I'd recommend her "Breath" 30 day challenge - it's my favourite of those of hers I've done. "Dedicate" is also good, as I recall. I'm currently on her 2015 challenge and that's a bit harder to follow without having to constantly look at the screen - she's got a lot better at giving really good verbal cues.

How lovely that you & SG2 have been through your debt-busting in pretty much the same timescale!

I’m back after a period of absence. I’m not sure if you remember- but we started at around the same time with around the same amount of debt. Congratulations on getting there! I’m so pleased for you.

I too would have raided the savings. The force is strong in this one
