    So thats not incredibly easy, did get it unlocked eventually but not the money back as they claimed I wasn't charged.

    They claimed my details didn't match my banks, so I phoned bank who said the payment block wasn't on their end it was all Amazon.

    My Amazon and bank details were identical.
