Amazon prime free trial still charging them

I took out free trial from Amazon prime. I selected to cancel it after the prime trial ends. I was checking my bank today to find they have upgraded me to prime without any email alerts or even taking notice of the feature to cancel.

I haven't used any of the features since my charge and I am able to cancel and get my money back.

This happens to me on my other prime trial. Why are they not taking notice of the cancel feature

Why are you unable to cancel and get a refund? Amazon make it incredibly easy to do this.

What did Amazon say when you asked them this question?

Ironically ... I started a Prime trial on Christmas day and have opted to keep it going ... they haven't charged me yet. :)

That's outrageous! You should cancel it immediately and demand that they charge you! :D

Maybe they're waiting until the start of the next month before billing, so I'm getting a few extra days free trial? :D

Don't forget to call them and tell them how "disappointed" you are when a guaranteed delivery doesn't arrive on time. They've extended my membership by a month every time. Despite the many complaints about Amazon Logistics it's always been Royal Mail who have been late with my deliveries.

how are you taking out multiple trials? Anyway just call them if you havnt used any of the services (pretty obvious if you have) they will fully refund you, My mother was paying it for 8 months before realizing (i know, dont ask how) and they refunded the whole amount because she hadnt used any of their prime services.

That really is very easy, I've had numerous.
However, at the end of the last one, March 2016 I did pay for a full 12 months' Prime membership.
