What does 'one entry per household' mean?

Hello

Does one entry per household mean:
1. One entry per address
2. One entry per IP address

because sometimes I'm at my mum's and I enter comps from there, but she may be entering the same comp herself, but using her address details.

Thank you.

It means that only one person living at the address can enter.

You have to watch for the ip address even if it is a different household as in many T&C's such as Global radio include

No multiple, bulk, automated, machine assisted, third party, syndicate or other group entries will be accepted. We shall disqualify any entries which, in our reasonable opinion, appear to have used any of these entry methods including multiple entries from the same IP address or telephone number, unless the Specific Rules state that multiple entries are permitted.

Thanks mjm, could you possibly explain exactltly what 'IP address' means for elderly non techno types like me? I know how to do stuff generally but some of the vocabulary is a tech too far!
Does it mean me an im are wasting our time entering separately, me on iPad, him on laptop? (He doesn't do many, only when instructed!)

If a comp says one per household then only one of your entries will count or it's possible you could be disqualified altogether depending on the T&Cs
