Hi
Can you help. A company called Just Digital / Digicare UK Ltd have being taking money from my mothers account for protection on her digital satellite equipment and TV. Has anyone heard of this company. I have already had to report one company for fraud for doing the same thing. Any advice greatly appreciated. I am not saying they are doing anything wrong but i cant find out any information on the company and when I called up they wouldnt give me there address

There is a company called Digicare, based in Telford, which deals with Samsung products .

I have looked them up and am going to call them tomorrow in case. I have looked both companies up at companies house and its a different company number. I can find the registered address but its just a registered address for many companies. They are saying that my mother agreed to the sale over the phone ! They are selling her cover for when her tv or satellite dish breaks down ! Thats what the other company were doing as well
