as above , dont mess with what works

if there are no errors and the facts are correct, just put in your references and details etc and submit it (its worked before , but in your case some details could have been different , hence the warning , like the photos)

so if its an identical case, its an identical appeal , making it very easy for you

if you have 2 popla codes (for 2 contraventions) , then do it twice , with the correct references on each appeal , but if the main appeal is the same , that stays the same

ie:- do not mess with a winning formula

expect an email or letter from popla stating that the operator (apcoa) is throwing in the towel within a few days (cancelling the pcn , cancelling the popla appeal)

its too much for them to take in , plus its a byelaws issue and they have no control over byelaws issues , neither does popla
