    I'm getting confused.

Please tell us the dates of the alleged events when the vehicle received a windscreen ticket, AND the date the keeper received the corresponding notice to keepers.

Two dates for each ticket please, the second one being the date the NTK was received at the address where the vehicle is registered.

Do you still have the original letters sent to the wrong address?
Do you still have the letters sent to the correct address (this being the address where the vehicle was registered.)

You won't receive anything at your current address if the DVLA do not have that as the keeper's address.

    Yes Fruitcake totally confused.

The only way letters could be sent to the boyfriends parents address is ....

1: The vehicle is registered there .... the OP says not
2: The OP used a vehicle registered at the boyfriends/parents address

Or someone saw the OP at the boyfriend's address and incorrectly assumed they lived there. It happened to my Lovely Cousin once when a local busybody saw her visiting my house on a daily basis and assumed we were living in sin, which wasn't true.

    EVERYONE.

Please stop posting on this thread, and delete any posts where you have quoted the OP.

They are going to edit everything and start again once any personal information that may have inadvertently revealed is removed.

Not necessarily...Capital 2 Coast from the oldest 2014 PCN (C2C Security Ltd) were dissolved in September I believe, and are not the same company as 'C2C Parking Management' which is a trading style of OneParking Ltd.

Sounds like she has tickets from more than one version of C2C.

BTW Polly, I am localish...I know Middle Street is free to park on after 8pm because I've parked there myself on occasion (I almost never go to car parks!) but I guess you know that the road is free to park at night after P&D hours but you can't usually find a space at in time for work?

Anyway, in my experience you are likely to find these 'assigned' to MIL who are surely one of the easiest claimants to beat. I'm helping a few people with defending Sussex MIL claims although not Brighton court.

What you must stop doing is returning letters saying 'not known at this address' so stop everyone from doing this right now! That is the easiest way to send parking firms a nice green light to proceed with a sneaky court claim knowing you might not see it in time and will lose by default for a large 3 figure sum, with no chance to argue. You need to read each letter within a week, no more, and learn how to respond to those that need it.

Are WH sending you letters that seem to refer to all the old and new PCNs, or just some? Would you like to send me a pm and I will assist you off forum by looking at your paperwork by email (you can trust me, others will confirm and I'm from your area(ish) and am just a wife and Mum who does this secondary to my day job. Not legally qualified but years of doing this is enough (see my post count).

I hope it does go to MIL, easier to defend and counter-claim...

After you have sent me a pm you might want to send Crabman a message asking for your entire thread to be deleted to take it right off forum.
